Exercise first thing in the morning –Studies have shown that exercise first thing in the morning can increase productivity as much as five times. The reason exercise is so effective is because of the oxygen that reaches your blood, brain and organs.
Get sleep – While cutting out sleep may be a necessity at times, a majority of the time you need to get adequate sleep. Adequate may be 5-6 hours, but as long as you follow this list, you’ll get healthy, natural and deep sleep that is effective.
Eat healthy foods with no sugars – Sugars produce the same effect on the brain as cocaine. Dopamine’s are released and white sugar is believed to have addictive components. Breads, pastries and cheap pastas all end up converting to harmful sugars. It’s also been shown that sugar causes a lack of concentration and produces anxiety which is not ideal for being an effective Internet entrepreneur.
Before you exercise get a piece of work done – The first thing I do in the morning is write a blog, email to my list, or article for a client. This helps to set your day up for success and gets your thinking focused in the correct direction.
Stay hygienically clean – This may sound obvious, but it’s important to take proper care of ourselves. Good hygiene practices helps to boost self-esteem and confidence as well as increase vitality. As online workers we need vitality for the required energy to succeed.
Use the Pomodoro technique – Using this technique changed my life, it consists of working in small increments to stay focused. The brain needs breaks every so often to categorize and sort through information. Set your day up around rewards – Using a small reward to drive you is a great way to increase productivity. The brain works on a pain/pleasure stimulus response, by giving yourself more pleasure for tiny results you create the desire in the limbic part of the brain to succeed.
Schedule times for phone calls and emails – Instead of checking emails every hour, set a time once or twice daily to check them and give yourself an allotted time. This helps to free up anxiety from worrying about getting to unchecked emails and frees up more of your mental capacity for the task at hand.
Work in a different spot – Instead of working from home all the time, try going to a coffee shop or other area. Working in one spot gives no positive stimulus to the brain. More importantly, mental anchors get set in place to specific site, sounds and feelings. Create to-do lists in the right way – Massive to do lists rarely work, a more effective way to create a to-do list is to first brainstorm everything you need to get done on paper. Then each day pick just one or two of the brainstormed items to get done. For larger projects, break them down into smaller more actionable items. By making success easy you’ll gradually shift your consciousness from a failure consciousness to a success consciousness and you will easily succeed.

By accomplishing the biggest goal first, the later goals become easier and easier which is ideal with a weakening will.
Meditate daily – Meditation is simply deep breathing exercise. Breathing is the most important function of life. Meditation also helps to calm the mind, weaken the ego and dissolved limiting beliefs. The blood is oxygenated and endorphins are released that lead to better focus and a more positive outlook on life.
Go on a media fast for 21 days – Television, radio and other forms of mass media have subliminally implanted suggestions installed within them. Media in the United states also tends to focus primarily on debt, war, famine, and other atrocities. Our sub-conscious mind creates reality depending on our beliefs and our beliefs are made up of conditioning. A man becomes what he thinks about all day long and what we feed our minds with determines what we think about.

Avoid complaining – Complaining puts us in an immediate victim mentality, we need to avoid complaining altogether. Playing them victim, explaining, making excuses and other forms of complaining disempowers us. Avoid of complaining of conditions as they are because it rests on you to change them. Instead, focus on the solution and solving the problem.
Be your own motivation – At some point in time you’ll have to learn how to motivate yourself. A good idea is to record yourself or write yourself a letter of inspiration when you’re in a state or power and success. Use the letter, audio, or video you make for yourself when you’re feeling down. This method will help you see that negative states come and go and help you get out of any mental funk.
Read your goals daily – First you’ll have to have clear and defined goals, second you’ll want to read them on a daily basis. The reason is, your brain needs direction of where to go otherwise you become like a ship without a captain. No matter how fast or hard you go, you’ll eventually meet shipwreck. Also, our brains generalize, delete or distort the information we take in. When we feel internal conflicts it’s because our actions are not in line with our beliefs and values. HOW TO BEAT THE IMPOSTER SYNDROME AND THAT SHIT FOREVER

That little voice in your head…
It can be such a shithead. No offenses meant with the language, but you know what I’m talking about.

IT’S BEEN APTLY CALLED THE IMPOSTER SYNDROME.

It’s the fight or flight mechanism, do you run from the little voice and let it win or do you tell it “thank you for sharing” and keep going. It’s also known as discredit, when you achieve a goal, or goals, and you don’t give yourself the due credit for them.
By my guess it’s the number one reason people fail. Well, at least listening to it is.

Everybody, at some point in their life, has to deal with doubt, fear or worry. But it’s how we choose to listen to this little voice that really dictates the quality of our life.

You could also tell it to shut up but since it’s a part of you, that’s not always the best route.

It’s better to listen to that little voice like it’s a child throwing a temper tantrum.
Just let it do its own thing without judgment or worry because you know it will wear itself out and take a rest soon.

In time with enough success you’re little voice will start to support you and your actions.
Confidence is a funny thing; we may be extremely confident one moment and the next day, feel helpless.
That’s because life is cyclical and everything comes and goes.

It’s strange, but the creator made us that way for a reason I guess. Our entire life is like that and if we understand that everything is a phase and will pass, then it’s much easier to detach from the imposter syndrome and accomplish our goals.

The first piece of advice I can say is to meditate and stay busy. Staying busy with exercise, study and work is the best way to avoid the little voice altogether.

Because the key is to always be one step ahead of it, the imposter syndrome can’t keep up when you have a ton of stuff going on.

And remember that confidence comes with practice and success, it’s good to be confident at all times, but not to the point where it makes you do dumb things.

It’s much better to have a generalized sense of confidence in your abilities to learn new things and succeed at anything as long as you stay committed.

It’s also important to remember that the imposter syndrome isn’t really you, it’s past conditioning from school, parents, work and media.
The real you is tough.
The real you is committed.
And the real you can do anything.

It’s that simple, for whatever reason, people have been taught to look at their limitations and failureswhen they should be taught to look at their strengths and successes.

If you look back at your past, I’m sure you have countless success in your life. Learn how to bridge the confidence in one success to a current challenge and you become unstoppable.

It’s a type of state control known as anchoring. In case you don’t know what state is, it’s how you feel at any given moment. Right now you’re reading this so you’re probably in a state of being engaged.

If you’re watching TV though, you’re probably in a more hypnotic, trance like state where you’re just clicking buttons without thinking about it.

And when you accomplish a goal or get a reward you’re typically in a state of enthusiasm, confidence and achievement.

You can anchor that feeling of achievement by doing something during the state like pressing two of your fingers together.

And then anytime you press your fingers together you can recall that state of achievement, certainty and belief in your abilities.

Just think about it for a minute.

Imagine one of your accomplishments in life. Maybe a time you got a reward for something, a raise at work or a new job. Maybe when your kid was born or when you graduated from college.

It could be something as simple as getting done with an intense exercise or even beating someone at a video game.

Whatever the situation is doesn’t matter. But if you imagine one of your own accomplishments for a second in vivid details you can recall the state.

Imagine how you felt, what did you see, who was talking and what other sounds where there?

Keep imagining strong enough and you’ll get recall the state. You can do this at any time and you can make it happen faster if you stimulate yourself physically by doing something like pressing your two fingers together or pressing on your shoulder.

This is a great tip for overcoming the imposter syndrome and helping you bridge confidence from one area of your life to another area.

When you can learn to control your state then you control your emotions and when you can do that you can control your life.

Its funny how many people think that life is controlled by someone else when the reality is, everyone is entirely in control of their own life.

And that’s the last tip I want to give you to overcome the dreaded imposter syndrome.

Take responsibility for your life, the successes and the failures. Then you’ll see that little voice has no power and doesn’t affect you anymore.

Once again you’ll get thoughts of courage and belief, certainty and power. All you have to do then is listening to your heart and your heart can help you get anything you want in life.

It’s spirit.

You know the other voice, the good voice that says things like you can do this, you go this and you’re amazing.

That’s the voice you want to pay attention to, the one that supports you and makes you feel confident and energized. Apply these three steps and you can achieve anything.

I’LL TELL YOU A SECRET ABOUT SOME VERY GOOD WAYS TO MAKE EXTRA MONEY ONLINE.

Because if you’re reading this post… Then you’re earnestly seeking some extra money and you’ve made your way to my blog.
Lucky for you I’ve tried just about everything there is, sometimes winning and sometimes losing.
I’ve tried the hard jobs online that take forever to not make all that much money and in this post I’ll tell you which one is the best.
For those of you who write there is always freelance writing, but it takes time to get established. Another aspect of writing is that people are brutal; they are not forgiving to the newbie to say the least.
When you’re in the cut, writing articles, eBooks and blogs for other people it’s very easy to reach burn out.
I only suggest freelance writing if you truly love to write, not because you want to make an extra buck.
Another opportunity people do is emails to cash type offers. These are offers where you basically read other peoples emails and then respond to them and get paid.
It’s easier said than done.
In many cases there isn’t a real opportunity for most people here. Many offers require that you make a certain amount before payout; the problem is most people never actually make it.
I have tried both of the above jobs online.
I still write, but only for very select clients and I prefer to build my own dreams vs. Someone else’s.
My biggest piece of advice is to try something like what I do. You can watch the video below to learn more about what I do and see if it’s right for you.
I suggest you may as well work with something that’s fun and can sustain you and your family and will be lucrative for the long run.
Another bonus of this system is you get free time.
You may have to work your ass off in the beginning, but once you get things rolling you get more free time to do the things you love like traveling and spending time with loved ones.
One of the main reasons I don’t find other opportunities online as attractive as what I do now is you literally have no free time and when you stop working them the money disappears.
It’s much better to find a system that allows more leeway since things happen in life that require our attention and we often times need a break anyway, so we don’t burn out.

I believe that we all deserve a better way of life; I believe that no one can stop a man or woman who has made a decision.
Sometimes social conditioning stops us from making those decisions. So it’s no one’s fault, it’s important to bring it to people’s attention however. And if you’re reading this than maybe there is reason for that.
Maybe you’re like I used to be, always afraid, always hurting inside, worried and not knowing what tomorrow will bring. I can say that’s a shitty way of life, but it can all get better.
I know, and now I share my gift of belief with you. I believe in everyone, you, me, the guy walking down the street. But that’s all because I’ve seen the truth of what is possible in life.

PHYSICAL FITNESS IS A PART OF LIFE EVERY SUCCESSFUL PERSON PARTAKES IN AND NO ONE DOES IT BETTER THAN IDO PORTAL.


I’m going to talk a little bit about fitness and then I’ll introduce you to Ido Portal and his movement.

Whether it’s walking with your honey or pumping iron at the gym, exercise is an integral part to any daily routine.

I’ve been practicing fitness and studying different practices for nearly a decade. It’s a part of my everyday life, without fitness, I don’t know where I’d be. Take it from someone who has lost about 100 pounds and managed to keep it off, fitness takes dedicated hard work.

The first stage to fitness is finding an area of practice that you love. Kettle Bells and Weights are definitely some of my favorite’s forms of exercise but recently I’ve been getting into calisthenics and body weight fitness more.

I believe one of the most important aspects of life is to have a healthy mind body connection. Many people can’t even touch their toes and it’s hard for a person to live their greatest life if not physically fit.

Not from aesthetics stand point, but from the stand point of what you can do and accomplish, what you can experience and how able you are to fully enjoy the activities you want to.

I know when I was overweight I had a hard time finding the confidence to do pretty much any physical activity; I had a hard time being happy. Now I know that self-worth and happiness has nothing to do with physical appearance but I also know that when I am actively taking care of myself, I am a much happier me.

As for body weight exercise, I love yoga and calisthenics, I.E. Push ups and Pull ups, but I have recently stumbled across a new movement founded by a man by the name of Ido Portal.

I’ve only been watching his videos on YouTube and reading his content for the last few weeks, but I can tell you his philosophy is something that has truly resonated with me. I figured if it had an impact on me in such a short time, it may have the same effect on you.

YOU SEE IT, THERE IS SOMETHING VERY POWERFUL ABOUT THE PASSION HE HAS FOR HIS BELIEFS ABOUT MOVEMENT.


I always recommend if you want to achieve anything in life it’s best to find someone to model after. Once you’ve got your own flow down you can start incorporating your own beliefs and practices into.

For example, I love the calisthenics, I love weight training, but I also believe that during physical activity it is one of the best times to actively enhance the mind as well.

I typically go for a combination of silent exercise to really focus on the mind body connection and a more aggressive fitness regime that incorporates incantations and visualization.

The reason is during times of intensity the subconscious mind is most susceptible to influence and reprogramming through the principle of auto –suggestion. Auto-Suggestion is the repetitive use of an affirmation over an extended period of time to create the mindset and beliefs needed to succeed in a chosen area of life.

When performed during physical exercise it produces a neurophysiological effect that stimulates the brain and the central nervous system. When you get your entire physiology engaged it increases the effects of the affirmations.

So my best advice is to spend time everyday exercising at your appropriate fitness level. I suggest picking some incantations and speaking them for part of the routine.

I do believe that silence is just as important however, in a world where we are constantly bombarded by media, electronics and advertising it’s important to allow the mind to return to its primal state at times.

This is where the silence truly comes into play, there is power in repose and Still Water runs deep. When we are truly silenced and balanced during physical activity we are at source with all of our inner power.

It helps to detach us from societal conditioning and regain our composer as human beings.

This is why I respect the movement that Ido Portal has started; it helps to get people back to their routes. He sets no limit on exercise and promotes balance in every area of physical activity. I believe that’s why it resonates with me, I am the type of person who prefers to change things up a bit when it comes to physical and mental exercise.

Some days I push myself to exertion and other days I opt for a slower more balanced type of exercise. Some days I prefer to listen to audios and others I am completely silent while still other day’s I speak my world into existence.

My point of this post is to inspire you to change your daily habits and start incorporating more physical activity into your life. Below are some ideas from Ido Portal that are very simple yet very effective.

You wouldn’t believe how difficult it is to hang for seven minutes or to squat for 30 minutes, I have yet to be able to perform either straight through but I will practice at it every day.

Hashtags are a great way to find people on Twitter or other social media sites. Using them is a great way to get more followers without much work.
There are rules when using hashtags to make them more effective.

USE THE FOLLOWING RULES WITH HASHTAG MARKETING FOR THE BEST RESULTS:

Don’t Use to Many in One Tweet – Using a ton of hashtags is a big no. It looks sloppy and makes you look like you don’t know what you’re doing. A good rule is to use two or three tags at most.
Avoid Long Hashtags – Lengthy tags are looked down upon. One or two syllable words are best. Sometimes you can use two words, make sure that you capitalize the first letter of each word.
Forget Obscure Hashtags – Strange hashtags won’t do you any good. If your hashtags don’t match the content, people will get confused and stop reading your content.
Don’t Steal Hashtags – Stealing hashtags is a bad habit to get into. One mistake that is made is using trending hashtags for content that is not related. In extreme cases the creator of the hashtag may actually report a user for using a stolen hashtag.
Made Up Hashtags Are Bad – Making up your own hashtags creates confusion and will get a user labeled as a fake. It’s always better to do a little research and find real tags that are being used and are relevant to your content.
Make Good Content – Quality content is the number one rule in marketing. If mediocre content is being published and shared it looks bad. Good hashtags are a part of good content.
Use Pictures – Pictures almost always get higher click through rates and re-tweets. Just make sure you use original photos that are eye catching. Using a good picture with the right hashtag is a great way to get new followers and retweets.
Don’t Sell All the Time – A good rule to follow is the 80/20 rule. Neil Patel uses 1 piece of promotional content for to every four pieces of value. And he always makes sure to use the only the highest quality content when he is sharing other peoples stuff. Change up the hashtag and message on each tweet you send.
Keep the Message Short – Twitter message should always be kept down to 100-120 characters (this includes the hashtag) so people can adjust and add their own twist as needed.  
Watch How the Pros Do It – Modeling is the best way you to succeed. Look at other users tweets that have the success you want. You can use similar styles and hashtags to get the same results.
Have a Complete Profile – Make sure you have a complete profile and use hashtags on your bio. You can see mine below as an example, I have about 18,000 followers that are engaging and get hundreds of new followers every day.
How to use Hashtags to increase Twitter followers
Tweet Consistently – Use hashtags on a majority of your tweets and tweet consistently. Use a program like Tweet Deck to schedule tweets while you’re sleeping. Send no more than one Tweet an hour or you’ll plug up people’s feeds and lose followers. That means you should have about 4-5 of your own post in a 24 hour period and the rest should be other users or influencers in your niche.
Thank Others and Promote Them – When someone retweets your content, thank them and put a hashtag in the Tweet like #Gratitude.
Don’t Spam – Avoid spamming through DM and with Tweets. Oftentimes I see users that put trending hashtags with a link to a capture page and tweet that once an hour. That’s a quick way to isolate you, it’s better to create valuable content. I sometimes tweet capture pages, but I don’t get much results with that method to often unless I am giving away an ebook.
Avoid Focusing Only On Yourself – It’s important for users to remember that they are on a social network and are serving other people. It’s important that users engage with other people and share their content.
Twitter is a fun platform once it’s understood. Users Tweet more than 95,000,000 Tweets a day, that’s a lot of opportunity for traffic and engagement from one platform.

HOW TO GET RID OF ANXIETY, WORRY AND STRESS, ALL AT THE SAME TIME

As far as I can see it, worry and stress are about as useful as a box of rocks. Life is meant to be enjoyed and anxious thought make that next to impossible.
We all have issues with worry at times; there are ways to help end it.
The first step to ending anxiety is awareness. Just being aware of the fact that no amount of anxiety or worry has any effect on anything is oftentimes enough to help end it.
It’s best to get rid of anxiety with natural ways. Exercise, meditation and healthy sleep, are all ways that you can get rid of anxiety without drugs.
Being stressed every now and then is a part of life. When stress gets internalized, problems happen.
